Scholarship Prep Community Celebrates Fall with Annual Literature Day and Trunk or Treat Events

Posted by Rachel Foy on October 27, 2023 in General News

From dressing up as characters from our favorite books, decorating trunks with spooky themes, delivering Boo Grams, and inviting our families on campus for Fall Fest, our Scholarship Prep community across each campus really got into the spirit of our October events!

Literature Day and costume dress-up are some of our favorite ways to celebrate fall here at Scholarship Prep! Students and staff began the morning with character-inspired costume parades. After that, it was time for the Trunk or Treat event, where our family and staff members' creativity was on display. SP Oceanside and SP South Bay concluded the festivities with class party celebrations and delicious snacks. SP Orange County extended the fun after school with an on-campus fall festival, led by School Counselor Audrey Arias, with games, face painting, food, and information tables featuring community partners.

These community-building events were made possible with the help of our fantastic family volunteers and staff, who donated candy and items for class parties, decorated their vehicles, or helped with set-up. We're so grateful to our SP team and families, who worked together to make this an unforgettable October!
